A 1031 Exchange is the swap of one investment property for another whereby a property owner can defer taxation on their capital gains by investing in another property.

Our team provides a preliminary review of the 1031 Exchange process before connecting you with a diligent “Qualified Intermediary” (QI) who will act as a middleman between you and the Federal government to facilitate your sale and purchase.

While there are a handful of requirements and time constraints, this program is highly advantageous — and easy to navigate, once you have established your QI contact.

Our team can assist with your local purchase or sale, or connect you with a trusted agent if the asset is outside of the Philadelphia region.

Our offerings runs the gamut, and include assisting individuals and families as they thoughtfully navigate the sale of their family homes, inherited properties, and other assets.

Of note: We recently introduced Compass Concierge to provide our sellers with the opportunity to maximize their property’s value. This program enables us to front the cost of home improvement services (eg. kitchen renovations, staging, flooring replacement, and painting) for maximum effect once introduced to the market. :: LEASE REPRESENTATION

Our team frequently represents landlords who are in search of suitable tenants. From residential homes to office space, and everything in between, we market lease listings, qualify tenants, and prepare leases with the same level of care that we provide in our sale transactions.
