  • A 20-minute phone call or coffee meeting to learn more about your search

  • A step-by-step review of the home buying process

  • Answers to any questions you may have

  • Signing of an “agency agreement,” which allows Evan to advocate for you


:: getting Pre-qualified

Sellers like to see that you are qualified to purchase their property — and lenders are happy to provide you with a free prequalification letter. You’ll want to partner with a great lender and we’re happy to share contacts.

:: beginning the search

After you’ve onboarded and received your prequalification letter, we will create a personalized Compass Collection for you! We will alert you of on- and off-market properties as they become available — and tour the properties that you love!
